Non Woven Slipper

Non woven slippers are made of non-woven fibers, which are reinforced by mechanical means such as thermal bonding and chemical bonding in a prescribed or randomly arranged manner. The non-woven fiber structure is loose and porous, forming natural breathable holes, allowing air to flow freely and effectively avoiding the occurrence of foot sweat. The main component of non-woven fabric is polypropylene (PP), which has a stable chemical structure and is easily degradable. Compared to traditional plastic products, it is more environmentally friendly. Our non-woven fabric has undergone softening treatment, greatly increasing quality issues. Many non-woven slippers are prone to breakage when worn. Our non-woven paper slippers use double-layer non-woven fabric technology and undergo waterproof and wear-resistant testing on the surface to avoid the situation where disposable slippers soften when exposed to water. At the same time, the non-woven reinforced structure makes the slippers less prone to damage under normal use.

Our non woven slipper have undergone some design improvements. The sole adopts a point like anti slip pattern design, which increases the friction with the ground and effectively improves safety. The shoe adopts a wide mouth design, with ample space at the toe to prevent toe compression and prevent breakage caused by compression.
