2002
In 2002, with continuous research and development of fabrics and introduction of mechanical equipment, the company went from a single production line to now having diversified production lines for bed sheets, duvet covers, towels, bathrobes, mattress protective covers, as well as hotel and restaurant linens.
2005
In 2005, the company invested a large amount of manpower and material resources to optimize and improve its enterprise management, R&D team, marketing team, and logistics.
2009
In 2009, the company participated in cooperation with large star rated hotels in China, providing them with customized services and successfully gaining recognition in the hotel linen industry in the Chinese market.
2015
Since 2015, the company has developed into a direction that integrates and diversifies hotel linens, and has been exported to various parts of the world.
Factory Equipment
Now the factory has 100 sewing machines, 10 automatic cutting machines, 15 professional embroidery equipment, and 20 intelligent printing and dyeing equipment, all of which are fully equipped. These devices can ensure efficient production efficiency and produce high-quality products. Every step is strictly controlled to fully achieve the production chain of high-end enterprises.
Factory Scale
The factory covers an area of 40000 square meters and is equipped with production workshops, tailoring workshops, warehousing workshops, and logistics workshops. Each workshop can be coordinated and orderly, greatly improving the smoothness of the production process. In order to meet the needs of customized customers, we have also specially set up a sample exhibition hall for customers to visit and explore.
