We use Egyptian cotton for the 5 star hotel bed sheets, and we use the highest quality long fibers or extra long fibers to create a soft and strong top-level bedding. Remember, many factories claim to use Egyptian cotton, but many use ordinary short staple cotton to make bedding.
We will also strictly control the manufacturing process of bedding cotton fabric. Currently, many hotels use single strand yarn woven bed sheets, made of long or extra long velvet cotton, and tend to use flat weave instead of satin weave. The manufacturing method of plain weave is simpler, using a one up one down interweaving pattern, which can make the fabric lighter, firmer, and more breathable and cool. However, satin patterns are interwoven in a four up and one down pattern.
There is a saying that has been circulating in the market: the higher the count, the higher the quality of the bed sheets. In fact, this statement is not entirely correct. Once a certain number of branches is reached, the spatial structure of cotton will be disrupted. After our testing, the 200-300 count of plain weave fabric or the 300-400 count of satin weave fabric can be just right. The sheets produced in this specification have a very soft touch and excellent breathability, which can meet the luxurious experience of guests and also have wrinkle resistant properties.

How to maintain hotel bed sheets?
1. Avoid reducing the use of detergents containing fluorescent whitening agents or chlorine
2. Avoid using chemical softeners and strictly prohibit the use of bleaching agents.
